           The blaring alarm is piercing, you are thrust back into your reality in a drool slathered gasp. Through your tunnel of bewilderment you attempt to take in your three dimensions. The density of your body, the sick, slow movement of linear time, the ever piling task list of expectations. But you were just so peaceful, in a state of utter bliss floating around in a REM induced landscape. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Waking up is hard.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           As souls occupying biological vessels, it is my belief that the bliss of a good night's sleep is as close as we can realistically get in our lives to our spirit state. Free of the heaviness of our bodies, we astral project ourselves anywhere and everywhere that might serve as nourishment to our souls. Accustomed to the boundless access to infinite knowledge, love and inspiration, our souls are eager to explore the moment these vehicles shut down for the evening. It’s the reintegration that’s the hard part.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Just as our bodies protest when we rise from a warm, comfortable bed, our souls can resist the initial stages of a spiritual awakening. The comfort of familiarity, even if it’s not ideal, can be hard to relinquish. A spiritual awakening often involves confronting uncomfortable truths, questioning long-held beliefs, and making significant life changes. This process can be as jarring as a sudden alarm clock, pulling us from the cozy cocoon of ignorance and inertia.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Ultimately, the act of waking up, whether physically or spiritually, leads us to a brighter, more aware state of being. The challenges and discomforts are part of the journey toward greater understanding and enlightenment. With the right support, both from others and within ourselves, we can navigate this transformative process and emerge into the light, ready to embrace the day—or in this case, a new, awakened way of living.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
